No-class NYCLASS (May 5, 2014: New York Daily News)

Manhattan: Thank you to The News for once again pointing out NYCLASS’s cruel and abusive plan is to take away the work of the Central Park carriage horses. There are millions of homeless horses already. Maybe they should consider helping some of those animals first .There will be no pastoral, fantasy ending for these animals if they are removed from the park. A few may get lucky and find a home or wind up in a sanctuary but it is pure fiction to think they all will. It will be a death sentence for many of the horses. To remove animals from people who clearly care about them is the only abuse in this situation. Amidst false accusations and pressure, please continue to support these good, hardworking people who love their animals. Susan Zetscha
