Clifton, N.J.: Don’t let Mayor de Blasio go to Mackinac Island, Mich. There are no cars there. All deliveries are made by horse-drawn carts, even by United Parcel Service. The horses, at least 500 of them, are vital to the island’s warm-weather operations. Alice Dymek
