Brooklyn: For shame, Mayor de Blasio. Do you think your constituents have horse blinders on? How dare you pay $55,000 for an independent review of the horse carriage industry when you know the company agrees with your ban? (“Horse report ‘bias,’ ” May 16). In my book, that’s playing dirty. You’ll go to no end to abolish a wonderful New York tradition. Why not take Chirlane for a whirl around the park in a horse and carriage? That’ll change your mind. Ruth Biller
