Brooklyn: Is there anyone who believes that the people of NYCLASS care about horses? What motivates NYCLASS is the stables where the horses are kept. The real estate moguls who back the group can’t wait to buy the land where the stables are and build tall buildings in already crowded Manhattan in order to make enormous profits. The horses would then be shipped to French dinner tables. I say we give landmark status to every stable building to keep them from being torn down. That would shut up NYCLASS (and our venal mayor) and save 300 jobs. Harry Caddell
