Fort Worth, Tex.: What does Russell Simmons know about carriage horses? Why does his opinion carry any weight — because he is famous? By all accounts, the carriage horses are treated well and they are a New York City landmark. Too many people who know nothing about this subject are using their celebrity to get some coverage for themselves. It’s time for it to stop, leave the horses be and get on to more pressing issues.
