New York Post Letter to the Editor by Marguerite Vigilante, 2/2/2016

I’m an animal-rights advocate. However, this issue is not about the animals, and animal-rights activists are being used to further the goals of private concerns.

De Blasio and the City Council should not support the industry ban nor the relocation, as it’s currently being presented.

Any relocation should include all of the horses and drivers. Any new use of the old stables should be for the benefit of the citizens of this city, not private developers.

Stable owners, please don’t sell the stables.
