De Blasio benefited from $2 million in campaign donations, including from someone who might want to develop the stable property.

Now he proposes to clear the way for this developer by cutting the number of horses, taking landmarked public property for new stables and charging taxpayers $25 million for the privilege.

Perhaps we should give apologies to the ladies who practice the world’s oldest profession.
