Nobody who actually read the horse-carriage bill thinks it’s about the horses.
Forcing horse owners to make a hideous choice and decide which two of three loved horse to send to an uncertain future isn’t about the horses.

Let’s hope the City Council stays strong and doesn’t let this bill pass. The horses belong safe and well cared for in the city.
