Brooklyn: So you want to take the carriage horses off the streets because they are badly treated? I haven’t read what happens when they are off the streets. Do they go to a horse farm to be put in a barn? Who pays for their care, feeding, exercise? Out of sight, out of mind. Do these do-gooders follow through with their care? I doubt it! Helen Siwinski
