A horse gift (May 11, 2014: New York Daily News)

Goshen, N.Y.: I have seen carriage horses in NYC and all over the U.S. and Europe. New York’s are taken care of better than any other horses I have seen. If people want to save horses that need saving, just search “equine rescue,” then prepare to pay between $30 and $100 per day to care for a horse. To the PETA people whose agenda is to have no animals owned, and to rid the world’s plates of all types of meat: These carriage horses are in great care. Leave them alone. Debra Corr
