Brooklyn: Concerning the horse and carriage debacle: Why can’t we have a public referendum to let the people of New York settle it once and for all? If we the people vote to keep them, great. And maybe we could have a referendum to get Mayor de Blasio out of office as well. Jim and Mary Nelson
