Bronx: To Voicer Lisa Jablow: I’m curious as to where you think these horses are going to go once they are banned from the city. Are you aware of how expensive it is to keep a horse? Stable fees, food bills, grooming, veterinary care — the list goes on. Who do you think will take that on? Here’s my solution: Those who are against carriage horses should adopt one and pay its fees. Arlene Soto
