Manhattan: Voicer Joan Silaco repeats the lie that the carriage horses live in converted tenement buildings and not in proper stables. Facts: Every New York City carriage stable was built as a stable between 1850 and 1910, is inspected regularly by the city Buildings and Health departments and is licensed as a stable by the city.
