Manhattan: It looks like Mayor de Blasio has to fulfill his “owsies” to developer and head of NYCLASS Steve Nislick for helping him get elected. The venerated Central Park carriages are threatened. But pedestrians also get hit by cars in Manhattan. Should we ban cars? It’s apparent that Nislick wants that valuable West Side property where the horses are stabled so he can build his towers and profit with a gazillion dollars. Paula Flaherty
